2015 DC Program

This year the DC half of the program immediately followed the Japan segment. After a long flight together from Narita Airport in Tokyo to Japan on July 31, the DC students reunited with their families and the Japanese students were placed with their new DC host families. With great enthusiasm and some lingering effects of jet lag, the group reconvened at 8:30 am on Monday, August 3rd to begin an intense Part II of the TOMODACHI U.S.-Japan Youth Exchange Program.
